Haven't opened a conversation since you bought? Ask for a full refund within 14 days.
If you haven't opened any conversations since buying a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days. Write to hello@ourpoint.in from the email you use on Ourpoint, and we'll sort it out by hand.
Once a refund goes through, the conversations from that purchase are removed from your balance.
This is separate from getting a conversation back when someone declines or doesn't reply. Those go back into your balance automatically, not to your card. Our refund policy has the full details.
