Opening a conversation

After a mutual yes, a conversation waits in Chats for both of you. Either of you can open it, which uses one conversation from your balance. The other person then gets a request and can accept or decline. Accepting is free.

• You have 7 days from the mutual yes to open it.
• Once you've opened it, they have 3 days to accept. If they decline or don't answer, the conversation comes back to your balance.
• You can have two conversations open or waiting at once.

When it opens, the assistant leaves a short note to say you met at Ourpoint Live, and then stays quiet. After that, it's just the two of you. The assistant never writes messages for you.
