Ending, reporting and blocking
End a conversation any time. Report or block if something isn't right.
- End: either of you can end a conversation at any time. It doesn't come back to your balance.
- Report: tell us what happened. The conversation is paused while someone on our team looks at it, and we may close it or remove the other member.
- Block: this ends the conversation and makes sure you're never paired with that person again. It works both ways.
In the first two days of a conversation, messages are checked automatically for things like requests for money or pressure to move off Ourpoint. If something looks wrong, a person on our team reviews it, and we'll warn you if it looks like a money request.
Never send money to someone you've met on Ourpoint. If anyone asks, please report them.
